Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

Bonus and Promotional Offers
The following terms must be followed to enjoy kvk8's promotional offers. These terms will be treated as the final reference in any dispute relating to bonuses.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- ৳28,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000
The bonus applies only once per new account. Previous or existing account holders are not eligible for this offer.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount, but on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The deposited amount remains withdrawable at all times.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for any bonus
- Once play has begun with a bonus balance, the bonus cannot be cancelled
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed

7.2 Service Changes

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be set aside and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
