kvk8 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun in Control
Gaming is entertainment — not a livelihood. kvk8 always wants you to play consciously and safely. On this page you will find all the information on self-exclusion, deposit limits, and support.
For ages 21+ only. To open an account and play any game at kvk8, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this site by minors is strictly prohibited.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible gaming means playing online without letting it negatively affect your family, work, or financial life. kvk8 believes entertainment only has value when it is based on free, informed decisions.
Play for Entertainment
Gaming should be an enjoyable experience. Focus on enjoying the experience, not making a profit — that way every session will feel satisfying.
Stay Within Your Budget
Decide in advance how much money you will spend on gaming each day or each week. Never deposit extra funds beyond that limit.
Set a Time Limit
Playing for long stretches without a break reduces your ability to make good decisions. Take regular breaks and keep your daily gaming time fixed.
Don't Let Emotions Drive You
Chasing losses by placing bigger bets is dangerous. Stay away from gaming when you are angry, anxious, or feeling low.
Put Family and Loved Ones First
Keep your relationships with family, friends, and work intact. If gaming starts to separate you from your social life, that is a warning sign.
Keep Your Account Secure
Never share your login details with anyone else. Do not allow family members, especially minors, to use your account.
Assess Yourself
Think honestly about the questions below. If your answer to most of them is "yes", now is the time to seek help.
If any of these questions apply to you, contact kvk8's support team — they are available 24/7 and ready to help you in Bengali.
You Have Control Tools at Your Fingertips
kvk8 gives players the ability to manage their own gaming experience. Use the tools below to easily set your own limits.

Learn More About Gaming Addiction
Gaming addiction is a recognized mental health condition. It develops gradually and the person often does not realize they have a problem. At first, gaming feels like a normal source of enjoyment — but it can slowly move beyond control.
At kvk8 we believe gaming is at its best when it is planned, limited, and enjoyed consciously. Our platform offers various slots, cricket betting, roulette, and other games — all designed for entertainment, and all subject to the principle of random outcomes.
Some common signs of problematic gaming are: playing for too long, going beyond your budget, trying to chase losses, and lying about gaming. If you notice these signs in yourself, contact our support team right away.
Our support team will walk you through the self-exclusion process. When you apply for self-exclusion, access to your kvk8 account is blocked for a chosen period of time. You select the duration, and re-entry will not be possible until that period ends.
Setting a deposit limit keeps the amount you deposit within a set period under control. For example, if you set a weekly limit of ৳2,000, you will not be able to deposit more than that during that week. This is one of the most effective ways to keep your budget in check.
The time-out feature is for those who want to take a temporary break. Your account can be kept inactive for anywhere from one day to several weeks. During this time, no logins, deposits, or bets will be possible.
kvk8 always wants you to enjoy gaming in a healthy, happy, and controlled way. Our support team speaks Bengali, so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Remember — asking for help is not a weakness, it takes courage.
